Yes! Ordered a Spilo Piranha today!

I finally had time to set up another aquarium! The aquarium is all set up and looks great! I ordered the red spilo piranha today and will have in by Friday! Im so excited, I only have kept RBPs' before. If I knew how to post pics I would.

About tank:

29g tank
2 fake plants
1 peice of bogwood
1 powerhead
1 Emperor 400 powerfilter
1 Marineland 350 canister filter
1 heater

I think those 2 filters, ( 750gph ) should be enough filtration along with water changes.

Just wanted to share my only exciting part of my day.

Haha, yes. Is that alot? I grabbed those filters from my old 150g tank. The filtration should be sufficient for 1 piranha, IMO.

Awesome, thats what I was hoping to hear. Red form sanchezi. I really wanted to spend the extra 30 bucks and get the purple form but I could not find one in stock online. The 2 sites I checked out were sharkaquarium and aquascapeonline. I can't wait, im sure you all know the feeling!

that looks really really nice, i also keep things simple in my p tanks, and yes i know the feeling, i ordered an 8.5 inch blue diamond rhombeus monday ,he came yesterday with a baby elong, let me tell you how nerve racking it is when your waiting for a fiah that cost you 592.00 its very hard. i sat outside like my gf was having a baby and i was in the delivery room, it was very intense!!!!!!

Haha, very nice. Thanks for the comment. Did you acclimate them, and how are they doing today? Yeah I can barely sleep at night, Im stoked. Im gonna go to the store and pick up some fresh meats. I like to keep piranha takes simple so I can see them more and I think it looks better than having it full of hiding places and other decor...

the rhom was 300 the shipping was 187 but i also got an elongatus and a red spilo like you for my friends 29, he was in a giant plastic crate in like giant fish bags, hes doing ok now ill be doing a thread on him in like 3 weeks when i think hes ready for the flash of my camera, tomorrow will be harder for you than tonight, i just couldnt wait inside so i just got a chair an chilled outside till my package arrived, its very nerve racking, but im positive your fish will be fine if you ordered him from the NUMBER ONE TOP NOTCH DEALER.....BONG!!!!! at www.aquascapeonline.com they are the ONLY website i will ever order from .very trustworthy

That sounds great, thanks for posting. Yah I know, I can barely talk about it im so excited, but I find myself talking and thinking about it nonstop.. Cant wait to see photos! You think aquascape is much better than sharksaquarium? or what? My shipping is around 65 I think... and thats east coast to west..
