yet another grammodes help thread.

hey people!

those of you who have kept grammodes at a size of an inch, can u tell me, do grammodes look like a parachromis speacies at a size of this??

my LFS has 4 of them reserved for me when i buy them they will be going into a 30g with 2 F1 festae around 3" i will pack up the tank with hiding places so they feel comfortable and dont kill each other. i belive there is 2 males and 2 females in the 4 of them and there being one alpha male, 2 females and one smaller more timid male.

i will hopefully be upgrading their tank to a 55G soon maybe in a couple of months time.

can you help me out? any suggestions on decor, diet etc.

I have never bought them that small so i can't say, but i have a bad feeling about them being in with the much larger festae.

yes the look like parachromis species when little...resembles the p. dovii alot. i would probably second that that mixture with the festaes even with alot of hiding spots....the festaes will hog all food...most grams are very shy and they are slow growers

the festae will have another tank to go in if there hogs to much, i noticed they were shy i dotn know what extremely small dovii look like, got a pic?
