Hello, I am Julia.
I started off with a 6 gallon tank with 2 little cute platy's about a year and a half ago. Since then I have added more tanks and more fish to my home.
Before I get totally started, I want to say I am sorry if I seem defensive.
I had joined a different forum before and began talking about my platy's and someone was so rude to me that I left and it has taken me this long to come back to a forum.
I, now, have a 10 gallon with 4 dwarf puffers (they are too cute for words)
another 10 gallon with african dwarf frogs, a 20 gallon with neon tetras, guppies, zebra danios, and some mystery snails.
I, also, have a 29 gallon with tigerbarbs and a rainbow shark.
Then a 40 gallon with american cichlids, and last but not least a 38 gallon with green spotted puffers. They are my most recent addition.
As of right now, I do not have any salt water tanks. I figured I would become good at keeping freshwater first, and now slowly with the brackish I feel like it's a good practice for me for eventually a salt water tank.
I never knew that I could have fish, especially since I also have cats. So far we have not had any problems. They just like to look at the fish swim, but thats about it.
I am glad to be here, and I hope I will be able to gain some knowledge about salt water, and there is always something new to learn so fresh water as well.
Thanks to whomever read this!
:)
