Firstly, ignore the L134. It's the best pic I have of the other one.
It was sold to me as a Peppermint. liveaquaria.com labels the Peppermint as L31 in the title, and L30 in their description. planetcatfish.com has two different yet similar looking species for L30 and L31, and an unknown number of other black pleco's with white spots.
It's currently about 4 inches long. It seems to be herbivorous, or omnivorous leaning towards herbivorous.
If need be, I can try and get better pics, and I will happily take advice as to what parts of it need to be seen to identify it. I cannot promise it will cooperate.
