I do belive it's "owned by the U.S. and seeing how we are the only country to ever go there as far as I know It would have to be ours if that's right.
I think the russians gave up going to the moon after we made it first and then just upped there military might.

i don't see the need some MFK'ers do to own AA's so i don't cry about them being illegal. So i'm not going to start another nation yet.

Hate to tell you guys, but I actually own the moon. Chuck Norris, some bacon, and I went there back in 1823 to see if it was made out of cheese. Sadly, it was not. After seeing this unfortunate fact, Chuck and I were very hungry, so we ate the bacon. We then decided to split the moon in half. I got the bad half, and Chuck of course got the better half.

basicly the theory goes ufo's make a great cover story to hide america continuing to fly blackbirds outa area 51 well into the late 90's.... weather or not its true is another matter but i like it alot more than ufos...
