Just picked up a 6 pack of Yo-Yo's. I read the can be jumpers. Is this true?

yes I lost a yo yo to jumping, I had put him into a hospital tank and he found his way out.

10 - 4... Need to get some plexi than.

Thanks.

:iagree: My tanks though are open-topped and have plenty of hiding places as these are river setups. The only fish that jumped so far on my record are the Apollo sharks and jardini arowana.:WHOA:

I agree. I've lost a few loaches to suicide, but not at a rate any higher than any other fish. Sometimes they just want to see what's above the water line and it unfortunately results in death.

I have an open backed canopy. I'm thinking I will try to cut/fit a 4-5" piece along the back support to act as a loach backboard. There are plenty of hiding spots and they seem to stay in the lower half of the tank. They don't really "explore" near the top except for feeding times.
Thanks All...
