My del spends 75% of her time buried in the sand. Ahahaha.

Ah man now you guys got me thinking about activity level:

Do you all think there is a correlation with temperature and activity level?

What about having things in all levels of the tank for them to swim through? If there’s less stuff in the tank, do they get bored?

Do high nitrates affect activity level?
Temp could be but I keep mine at a constant 76 and all seems well.

my ornate is like your endli. Not eating much. But every time swim like crazy. But if someone near the tank always hiding.

good to know my del is normal.

so tonight I fed tilapia for the first time... and my endli smelled it . and came flying out of the skull he was hiding in.this is the first time I have seen him eat since I got him . and by eat I mean pig out .

my senegals disnt seem as crazy about it as they are for the carnivore bites, Oscars just ate them up too. the del didn't even come out of his hiding spot.

these suckers usually move when I try to take pics.. and other times they are just all dogpiled giving me the buttview.. you can bearly see the endli at the very back of the dogpile .
