The first time he takes the tiles out of the box and lines them up on the table, the lines don't line up. Look closely at the horizontal lines in the middle, they don't line up. I'm still not sure where the extra tiles are coming from. Definitely something fishy going on there.

Lots of edit cuts. Still unsure. Awesome video. But you can see it cuts out repeatedly
 
thinking its do to the angle cuts in the back side squares, all squares not created =.
 
When this video ends and takes you back to the YouTube page, look for the video with the Hershey chocolate bar. It's easier to see the trick.
