It'll be up and running by the end of the weekend....my new 240 long!! Geez, since I joined this website I have been planning and collecting fish for this! I still have to build the stand and canopy tomorrow, but I got all the supplies.
240 Long (96x24x25)
Fluval FX5 Canister (all bio)
Magnum 350 Canister (all chemical)
2 Emperor 400 (combo bio/chemical)
3 Stealth 250 heaters
2 48" Work Lights
DIY Stand and Canopy (4x4's 2x6's 2x4's 3/4" BC Plywood 1/2" BC Plywood 3 1/2" deck screws and Liquid Nails)

Still have to get a lightweight piece of ply and a big PC fan to finish the canopy, and the foam for under the tank. I'll pick that stuff up tomorrow. This should be fun...wish me luck!!!

I have all of these guys already in various tanks. I might look into some big cichlids...maybe. The cool thing is I'm gonna have three more tanks to stock after I move all the fish out of their homes! AWESOME! Turtles already got dibs on the Aro-Tub.

Our 240 will be running with 4 E400's with super cartrages along with an FX5 and 4 hydro 5's The bracing and glass top arrangement is WAY differant than yours however so we have more space for HOB units.
