young dovii, m or f

Here is a variety of young pictures of my Dovii i picked up from the lfs, he/she is still somewhat small, noticed his/her fins are starting to change color, but she's not really losing or gaining any other coloring yet, feeding brine, hikari gold.


Some are with flash, some are without, he's/she a pain to take pictures of, likes to move and dart behind things....

i'm pretty sure it's a female hey. it looks very similar to my mates at a similar size. it looks like it will turn out very nice though. i reckon female dovii are pretty underated

ty for the responses, i figured thats what i had, just wasnt sure yet, and ya she is overrated for only being 4inches long she has quite the personality it, she keeps half the tank, the rd keeps the other half, sometimes scrapping over the middle, its fun to watch.

rofl...i put some giant danios in today to give my fish something to do than other than pick on eachother, she got got smart, and sits in wait, lets the tex push them to her and pops out, snagged one np.....little evil fish i tell you RoFl
