Though not the most colorful of their genus, they sure are nice. They look much better in real life. My on board flash really drowns out their color, and they move too much for me to get a good enough shot without flash. So I have pics with both flash and no flash. I'm sure these guys will look much better when fully mature. Thanks for looking :D

Cool fish! How big are they now?

They really haven't grown much since I got them. Eat like little beast though. I would still say they range from 3"-4", maybe slightly smaller or bigger. Thanks.

2nd pic looks really good.

Nice!

Mine are real nasty scrappers, always fighting with each other and any other geo.

Thanks. They were a bit hard on each other at first, but now seem to get along very well. My guianacara are much more pushy.

^ Thanks Ray.

Nice geophagus.

There are some adults in a display tank in a LFS near me, and they look amazing, I would definantly not be saying they are not one of the colourful species of the genus.
