Young GT, am i dealing with worms ?

A month back i bought a young WC Gold Saum. I knew it was not in the best of health when i bought it, but wild caught/quality fish can be hard to come by over here.

The fish when i bought it had a sunken belly, dark colouration and white feeces ( not the slimy stuff, but firmish white clear feeces)
As soon as i got it home i started treating with Sera Baktotabs. I tought that did the trick as he gained alot of weight, the colouration got better and the feeces seemed to be normal.

But yesterday when i got home from work, I saw the same feeces and and his colouration is getting darker again.

I`ve read a few thread here on MFK and people refer to Metronidazole to combat internal infections/parasites. But the problem is i can`t get it or order it into my country as its a antibiotic and that would get me in trouble with customs/law.

Any ideas on what I`m dealing with and how i should treat it ?

I have heard Garlic in fish foods help,it sounds crazy by my local fish store says to feed it to them to keep fish without paracites..

sounds to me like Fish Leech (Piscicola geometra) or Capillaria


and yes, fish foods with garlic can kill off parasites
