Greetings i have a young Jaguar cichlid, i understand that him being 1.5-2in means he's to small to accurately sex. That being said, i would appreciate it if i could have some predictions, or traits that usually are present in small male jags. The one i have is light colored but I'm not sure if its the golden color i have been reading about. There are small black spots on the stomach area and the vertical bars are almost non existent. the there are black dots that kind of form a horizontal bar but they are also faded, but still visible, however the vertical bars come out a lot more while feeding. Also the one i have picks on my 2 Oscars which I'm pretty sure and going to mate because they do everything together and even have a corner in the tank were the two of them sleep. I would post a pic of them but I'm not sure how, i have the pictures on my phone and i know there used to be an app for this site but i no longer have it and i can't find it on the app store either.
