Some days my 6" young male Dovii has all of the characteristics of a male Dovii like the black spots, and some days you can hardly see any. Why is it that some days he looks like a 100% male and some days he does not?

just depends on if he is happy or aggressive or scared etc, at the time

normally if its changing its colors etc its just a mood thing, but the male characteristics should stay the same and if they look like a female the next day then i believe you have a female...post a picture of your male/female DOVII
