The first pic I'm posting is of my 3'' Rhombeus the day I brought him home a week ago.
The second and third pictures were taken tonight.

When I brought this fish home, as the pic shows, he was pretty much in prestine condition.
A few days back I had to net him out of his tank and he was able to jump out landing on the floor. He got in about two quick flops on the carpet before he was scooped up and placed back in the tank.

The reason I mention this is because shortly after this inncident I noticed the fin damage and deterioration.

Aside from the fins I have noticed that his belly scutes are more pronounced along the post pelvic area than what they used to be.

PH - 7.9
GH - 125.3 ppm
KH - 35.8 ppm
Nitrate - 20 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Ammonia - 0 ppm

It might be a little early to start hitting the fire alarm on this but anything I can do to clear this up as fast as I can is what I'm hoping for.
I'll be adding salt on his next water change which will be tomarrow. Any further help with treatment or identifying what this is would help me out.

Thanks everyone
