I bought a young Clown Knife, about 4". I bought because of its spotless body. Will it grow spots just like others do?

by 4in I would expect to see some spots by now. does it still have the juvenile banding? you might have a rarer featherback specie

My LFS has some clown knife that has zero spots at 8inches, but they are labeled "true albino". They are not pure ghostly white, but more like pinkish gray, with see through eyes. Very cool looking, I just not like to keep that fishiy. :)

Post some pictures of your fish :)

i do too :grinyes:

Unfortunately it was butchered by my bigger Royal Knife,  That bastard! They just kill for fun...

BTW, It looks just like an ordinary Clown Knife, but without spots. I'll post some pics if I got one again. The shop still got four of them, they go for about 90 cents (40 pesos) so I thought they're not that special. I'll post some pics later...just wait..
