If you had 3000 gallons to play with what would your stock list be?
Arowanas?
Guppies?
GO CRAZY!!!!
Give me Filtration, Stock list, Plants and any meaningful decorations.
Tank Dimensions: 20'x4'x4'
(Note: This is completely not serious. No flamers or trolls please.)
 
those demensions suck, only 4' width or depth? id make it atleast 8' wide and 6'deep, id go heavy planted, with dorado, arowana, armatus, tetras, piranhas, catfish..
 
If i had tons of money, i would make it 6ft wide instead of 4 and would get a nice school of black aros for the top and then pretty much a bunch of random big cichlids that i love (def festae pair) and would have an UMBEE as well, and would have some leo rays on the bottom:headbang2 with a nice sand substrate and huge mangrove roots coming down that are the full height of the tank, it would pretty much be a random mixture of everything I LOVE and would come together to form a MASTERPIECE!!:headbang2
 
Just can't choose.
At least a couple of those tanks, maybe.

Arowanas, Oscars, rays, OMG to many to name...
Lots of sand, plants, bogwood, And a live Red Mangrove (They help filter out toxins, and other nutrients)
 
Big reef tank. One reef at each end, large open water area in middle.

OR

Huge tree roots, covered in moss, lots of floating plants, large boulders piled up. Many of my favourite big south and central american cichlids.

few gts
few diff types of plecos
1 or 2 datnoids
few oscars
1 or 2 jags
1 or 2 red terrors
to produce live feeders:
100 diff colored swordtails
120 guppys
100 platys
100 mollys
schoolers:
12 silver dollars
10 tinfoils
30 tiger barbs * may get eatin *

filteration??:
500 gallon SUMP!!!!
