I have 2 lists in my head, one I can actually do with my existing tanks, space, time and income and one if I won the lottery and retired.
Of course they both change constantly depending on what I have recently been inspired by.

WOW ?, dame where did you get that crayfish, how big is the guy? What species? If he occurs in South America I really wanna get some. That Finch I’ve seen for sale for $400 like it’s so stunning. Could I get the species of turtle,m? I can’t find much on Amazonian turtles and the mata mata eats tetras and small fish’s, oh and what type of Lily’s are those? I had a hard time finding lily species from South America. Don’t wanna big you but now you gotta answer :)

I live on a small island off the coast of Panama, called Taboga.
The birds pass thru at certain times of year, the shrimp live in some small pools and a few streams here, and are finger length as an adult, I've been told by another MFK member they are genus Macrobranchium..

The turtles also live near the same stream on the island, as do iguanas and skinks , a friend picked up a turtle like the one in the picthe other day day, that weighed in at about 10LBs
There are also blue Tanagers here at certain times, anteaters, agoutis, and many snakes and spiders.

Since most of the island is uninhabited, I just see them on walks, swims or snorkels, and try watch from a reasonable distance..

I'd love to have a muskie, but they are relatively inactive as seen at a local bass pro shops aquarium. I was there for 2 hours and it moved once to chase a fish away from its territory

Wow so beautiful, Iam tempted to ask for the shrimp but not sure it can be done. I have little info on reptiles of SA and do you know if there are any crabs?

The amount of stuff I am making plans for puts the list you made to shame and that's saying something. I envision a zoo basically, filled with aquatic life, birds, reptiles, lizards, small mammals, and more. I've been planning it for years and I've just barely scratched the surface of all of the information I'll need in order to get this done. To put it simply a 100' x 100' building won't be able to hold all of what I've planned. Two of the species I would like to make public are the tentacled snake and the elephant trunk snake, both aquatic snakes which peaks my interest.

Animals are truly amazing and I want to dedicate my life towards them.

I feel you, Iam very religious so I just marvel at how beautifully perfect god made everything from living things that surivie beyond our comprehension to ever small detail that makes up something as big as a whale ?
