ok so today i woke up to see my crayfish died cause the temp wasn't in the 70's so i was going to give it to my bichir and guess what........ My fire eel ate it is that normal....

yep.. perfectly normal behavior.. infact spineys and crayfish shoudln't be housed together.. even if the cray is good sized.. the spiney will harass it to death then pull it apart.

The fire eel lacks the size nessessary to hurt them. He will be removed in a week, as it's just a quarantine tank.
