Of all time. No specifics for origin or genus just, what is your favorite kind of fish ever.

Swordtails hold a very strong sentimental value from my childhood but, I really like Bluegill/pumpkinseeds in an aquarium. They are very active and intelligent. Make a good conversation piece as well.

It has been said that bluegills are the most beautiful fish in the world (males in breeding color), but I like my tanganyikan shell dwellers for their interesting behavior.
