The sound of the water and watching them move around the tank is so relaxing.
 
the fish.. ive always had lots of pets.. so haveing a tank of fish was a step.. finding oddball fish with personalities and unique characters just sucked me in further.
 
Taking them for long walks and giving them realy big hug to remind them how special they are......in my head.

Honestly keeping fish in a big tank is like having the best part of discovery channel going on in ur own home 24/7

i like how they have full range of movement in the water, it's like they are in space.
 
I love watching my fish i can watch them for hours .i usualy try to see if i can get diff angles of pics that show them off . I find it so relaxing usualy spend most of my time watching when i get frustrated it really helps calm me down faster!

Fish keeping does help lower stress,I like seeing a pair of cichlids working to defend fry.

the sound of the watter, and i have found i don't watch tv any where near as much anymore! spend so much time watching my tank! its the best
 
The sound of the water, when they swim it looks like theyre flying, a pair of cichlids raising their fry, certain fish digging through sand, decorating the tank, getting excited when i see fry and many more. Probably the best reason I can give is the relief from stress I feel when I watch my fish swim, eat and do their thing.
