As title states, what's been your favourite set-up of all time?

I'll start off, with my old 56 gallon, with driftwood and anubias; housing a school of tiger barbs, some danios, and one convict cichlid.

Had a pretty cosy feel to it that I hope to replicate :)

I had a 90 with a trio of bala sharks and one four line Pim
, cave, wood and a fake plant trickle filter
Watched it every morning over coffee with my wife
It was also the first home we ever bought so there is a nostalgia factor

180 gal with a pair of Lyonsi and 10 silver dollers. The dollers ended up that tame they would eat out of my fingers

My community tank. Little bit of everything. Always something going on, fish interacting, even things like catching a bug or spider in the house and tossing it in the tank was fun, they'd go nuts eating bugs. Getting rid of them to try Discus, has been the biggest mistake.

My favorite setup is the one I currently have...years of trial and error, lessons and tragedy....all culminating to what I have today. Ask again in a year or two, probably give the same response, and my setup will most likely be different.
180g Visio beveled edges, black back. CPR202 in-tank overflow, 45 gallon custom sump and an Ehiem 2250 recirc biofilter with discharge over bio ball tower, Laguna 55w pond UVC rated at 5000gal...overkill..indeed. Reeflow Snapper/Dart Gold series return.

My planted 75 with 20 long sump, 3d background, 8 3 inch discus, 25 neon tetras, 15 black neons, 10 ghost shrimp and 3 blue mystery snails. Some will say overtocked but i will most likely get rid of 2 dicus down the line if problems arise.... also do wc daily religiously

Tie between my 32 and my 140.

My 32 has lots of fish, all fully of personality and loads of plants for them to hide in. My 140 has huge goldfish that I love and could spend hours watching.

A real toss up our 150 show tank or our 4x4 200 when we first set it up. The 150 always looks good maybe over crowded but no fighting and most of the fish are cichlids. The 200 was so neat because we had jewels, peacocks and convivts in it. There were a few decorations but watching the fish was like actually diving with them.
