Mine... was when our tropical pond had a leak, so we took out the lining in the middle of july. my husband found all of the cichlids except one. He was the dominant male, so I didnt think he had gotten eaten, but maybe something happened.
when my husband and i were pulling apart the two liners, two hours AFTER we had taken it out of water, my husband noticed a bubble inbetween the two. He put his hand on it, and swooooooooooosh, it went further down the inseam. He put his hand on it again, and swooooooooooosh back down the other side. He decided to just take apart and fix the bubble. When he lifted the two apart, there was our pink convict... STILL ALIVE!!! there was a water bubble that he was chillin out in i guess.... he is doing great to this day, and has tripled in size!

Id have to say every now and then when im feeding my oscar, and he jumps like mad at the food, sometimes missing it, and clamping his big jaws right down on my fingers.. lol

long time ago I used to have a 10gal community tank and it had some small something shark (like a red tail shark or something). One day I came home, sat down on the couch to watch the big tv and I look at the floor and thought I saw a leaf.. apparently it was that fish. I picked it up and put it in the tank and it was fine. Came home from school the next day... same exact thing happened and this continued to happen for 2-3 more days before I finally put something over all of the gaps in that tank. No clue how long it was out of the water each day but it lived for along time.

My fish loved to watch tv. He was my soap opera buddy. He liked hockey games to. He would turn the other way if he did not want to watch that show. He loved the Simpsons.
