i feed mine algae wafers and chiclid pellets.and her favorite treat is strawberries.
You just shell them first?Chico loves brazil nuts, this is a natural traet in the Orinoco River.

LOL...and this guy is a fat boy too... he must be getting used to his new suroundings.
He is doing a bit better, I been hearing him splash the water at the surface and when the dust settles there are fewer pellets...I also caught him sucking down a piece of prawn that settled in "HIS" corner.
He's a trip, it's like he watches my every move.
Does it trash the top of the water when it eats?...this guy sounds like something is falling into the tank when he eats floating food...mine eats floating pellets. and theyre not picky.
its crazy how entertaining these fish are to watch. ive hade a problem with keeping my suction cups attached to some air lines i have in the tank.so every other day i would put them back.well i finally decided it was her favorite toy and every time i put them back she would,d take them of.so now i leave one of and she swims around with it in her mouth.
