THIS IS RESPONSE TO PEOPLE WHO READ MY LAST POST WHEN I SHOWED PICS OF MY 100 GAL TANK AND ITS MATES. THE RED TAIL THAT YOU SAW IN THE PICTURE IS ONLY GOING TO BE HOUSED IN THIS TANK UNTIL HE IS ABOUT 10 TO 12 INCHES IN LENGTH BEFORE HE IS LET IN TO MY UNCLES POND WHICH IS 1100 GAL.RIGHT NOW HE IS 3 1/2" LONG AND WAY TO SMALL TO GO IN THE POND WITH THE OTHER FISH. BUT I DO APPRECIATE ALL THE COMMENTS REGARDING THE WELL BEING OF THE FISH. JUST KNOW I WOULD NEVER PUT A FISH IN A TANK IN WHICH HE WOULD OUTGROW IN A YEAR!!!! ONCE AGAIN THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS, LOVE THE FEEDBACK ON THE TANK!!!!!!!

Free bump, nice plan :naughty::naughty:

next time dont post ALL in caps... but good luuck

Couldn't you have said this in the previous thread, instead of making a new one?

1. Don't use all caps. It's disrespectful.

2. "This is response to people....." makes no sense.
2a. You don't respond to people. You respond to what they did.
2b. I assume you meant people who criticized you for keep an RTC in the 100g tank, not those that complimented how nice your tank looked.

3. What did they say that was wrong or "sadly mistaken"? That an RTC will outgrow a 100g tank in less than a year? Which specific comments were mistaken? You never mentioned a future plan or your uncle's tank, or even you had an uncle.

im not mad about anything i appreciate all the comments people gave me but just hate when people automatically assume that people dont know how to properly care for a rtc and quick to jump the gun and dont even know the fish's situation. cause if i put him in the pond right now with the other 2 catfish he would be eatin soon as he enters the tank!!!

but can you blame them?
the sad fact is that the majority of baby rtc sold in america end up dieing premature deaths due to improper care
