I have a nice 75 Loach/Geo tank going, and was wondering what the thought is on Cory's with my Yoyo's & Kubotai? What would be the best species to go in there, if so.

I wouldn't advise mixing cories with those loaches. Far too boisterous and they can easily outcompete the cories for foods. If you have another tank, it shouldn't be an issue.

Ill stick with Loaches then, I have a chance to get some Corydoras weitzmani, among others, but have Loaches everywhere, 3 Warm Tanks, 1 with Yoyo's/Kubotai, 1 with Modesta, the other with Skunks. No where for them, back to loaches only.....

:(

I don't see any aggression problem with loaches and cories, but I agree with lupin. The loaches will eat all of the food. The Cories aren't likely to search the water column for food.

Sounds like many bottom feeders competing for grub.

I have (4)kubotai's, (2)striata's, and a small clown loach sharing a 100 gal tank with (7) albino cories.........everyone is fat and healthy, and get along well together. The cories have even spawned a couple times.......

I think you just need to make sure everyone is getting there share of the food.....
