What size are you looking for? I know someone with some Mobas in So. Cal. :naughty:
 
Oh.... I pm'd you regarding 5"-6.5" ers..... Check CJFrontlvr, he's also in So. Cal and a Gibberosa breeder.
 
You might want to reconsider Kitumbas and/or Mobas if your budget is $10 a fish! A 1" fry will run you $30-$35 depending on quantity and then you add on shipping. Perhaps looking into some Burundi or maybe Mpimbwes. (Mpimbwe's run $10-$15... depending where you live and availability)
 
I have some Kapampa juvies 1 to 2 inches I would sell. Not for 10 bucks a fish though
