Iam setting up a 75 gallon tank with live plants drift wood, for stalking i want some rummynose tetras, asstorted rainbows, mabys some rams and kribs and 1 angle. can i put a zp with these fish?

You can, but the water temp requirements are very different. The tetras will not do well at a zebra plecos temperature.

If you mean an L-046 zebra pleco, I would suggest other fish, other than other L-46 zebras or herbivores. L-046 zebras do not compete well for food.

L-046 zebras prefer warmer waters. Good tankmates would be discus. I keep my L-046 zebras in 82°F. I keep RCS (Red Cherry shrimp) and Farlowella catfish with my zebras. I used to keep an L-183 starlight bristlenose, which I later moved into a tank of it's own, which is at around 81°F with cardinal tetras.

Zebra's don't fare well at low temps. I recommend at least 86dF, but personally kept mine at 88-90dF.

Rummy-nose tetras should be fine at 86 degrees Fahrenheit. There are plenty others that won't. Cardinal tetras are another option.

Hypancistrus are tolerant and flexible. My zebras spawned at 80 or so degrees-- the Xingu does not maintain a stable temperature anywhere near some of the quoted temps. In fact, the stalwart Rio Neg. charcas are probably at a comparable temperature, so the tetras should not be a problem. Depending on the species of rainbow, it might be a little high for them, as with the krib (more a factor of general aggression here than anything).

Case in point-loricariids are hardy. Anything generally community safe is a reasonable choice.
