Frozen krill should be an good, however you don't want to give it to them as their main diet.
Get some Hikari Massivore, its like crack for fish. Just don't give them too much at one time, cause it'll make your water stink.

Perfectly okay. I work it into the rotation about once a week. Mine goes nuts for shrimp, tilapia, and sinking carnivore pellets. That makes up 75% of its diet. Color and growth are incredible.
