where's the pump?
what happens when there's a black out?

hello,

it runs the same way as overflow box, the return pump from sump will connect to the middle of the nano and pumps water up and then it'll start overflow slowly on the sides of the nano to the black tank outside and go down through a bulk head and best part is it doesn't make any slurping noise.

Someone was selling this type of tank on a much, much larger scale...... it's pretty neat but I'd be concerned with having to stay on top of evaporation on a daily level!

i know what a zero edge does but there's no port for you to connect a sump or pump to. where's the water go and how does it over flow if there's no means of transport.

still what happens in a black out and all the show tanks water is above the level line?

As I said it works the same as the overflow box, if in a black out situation the pump stop running and the water level just stay at the same spot, as for evaporation, keep in mind that this design mostly for Salt Water tank so you always need to refill at least 2-3 gallons per day even in regular standard tank, same thing goes for this tank so therefore you must leave an auto top off system hook to the sump and automatically refill for you for a few days.

As to port to hook up to the sump will be located in the black box on the outside by a bulkhead for water to drain to sump, and in the middle of the nano tank there will be another bulkhead for returning pump, so to hide all the plumbing between the rocks.
