Ziss Aqua incubator tumbler

i just started using the ziss aqua tumblers. by far the best tumbler ive ever used. heres a vid of my frontosa eggs tumbling. theres 82 eggs in there with plenty of room for more.

Im kinda confused. Aren't they supposed to tumble eggs to keep them moving and aerated? Yours is full of fry isn't it? Sorry if I'm being ignorant, I'm just somewhat confused as to what the purpose is.
