i know what you are talking about. they are like a long finned shovel nose with a deeply forked tail and turned up nose. i wouldn't do it. they are very sensitve. i was going to buy one but was advised not to by a friend who bought one and it died. so he continued on to buy 4 more. he eventually just bought a lima shovel nose...
Do you have pictures or the correct Latin name even?
Unfortunately the Trade comes up with weird & wonderful names for all sorts of fish that really have no relevence to the fish in question.
i.e. Anything with the Name shark springs to mind! Ha
