ok..i have some low grade FH (for now) i would like to practice breeding...
what size is a good size for the male to breed???
i have a male and 2 females that live together along with a few convicts... at the moment the FH dont show any intrest in eachother... i have fed more, changed water mor frequently, moved them to a sepereate tank, set up pots and slates, even dropped then raised the temp... and nothing happened..... my male is about 5- 5.5" my females are about .5" shorter than him....it the size the issue????
what steps can i take to help them breed????

let nature run it's course, they could be too small. male should be 6-8" before you try, and female should be half the males size. Keep water clean, feed lots of live/frozen foods, and bump temp up a few degrees.
