I've thought about breeding my zz flowerhorn to my bp and was wondering what kind of fish would I get and would it be worth doing? I've heard that kirin parrots are not necessarily the result. I was wondering if any of you have done this and what kind of fish did you get? Does anyone have pics of the offspring?

You won't get a single "Kirin parrot". You will get many very low grade fish. Maybe 1 you could call a kamfa.
You will get kamfas. If they fade and have intense hypo colors with good structure and fins + a big hump they can attract many. But if they don't fade they'll look like low grade kamfas and that is very common and not many ppl care for them.. If you dont have Nice head genetic in the male, it is not worth your time for this. It will take some time for a them to pop a head too unlike the ZZs; they pop head earlier. BP do have Ampholophus big head gene too
