I can't get a better pic as it always hides and the tank doesn't have a light since its on my shed. They look similar to me with the new one just having more markings. I have 4x 20 inch endlis and this new one is just about 6 inches.

Been researching online but can't see any good info to differentiate it.

Based on body marks, it does look ansorgii. Would need a better shot of its head to confirm if its wild or captive bred (Cb tend to be ansorgii x endli hybrid).

Yeah. Looks like ansorgii. Potentially a wild specimen like giseok jung giseok jung said. With that being said though, it defintely is not a fresh import. I assume this fish has been in Australia for at least several months.

Saw them on offer a year or two ago not sure when they arrived. Happy to know that it's a different specimen to my endlis as i was doubting it. Redecorating my tank so once done, it'll go to the house tank. I've recently lost majority of my fish when I went for a work trip so on the market restocking it.

Thanks for the help.20240503_120543.jpg20240503_120549.jpg20240503_120604.jpg
