Willing buyer & Willing Seller
But as for now market calling price is USD 200k
In Japan once sold it for 400k ...

I understand the willing seller side... it is the willing buyer side that gets me. My HOUSE is not valued that high, and I think the fish is sure to have a shorter life than me OR my house...

You dont value things like that with its life span....the price is high cos is extremely rare.
Everyone can buy a 200k house if they have the money
But only 1 person can buy this fish with 200k
This fish is rarer than Diamond
And also for exotic fish collecter who appreciate this kind of fish.
