The only problem I have with Balas is how long they take to warm up to you. My largest Bala just now started begging for food after having him for months. Other than that they're great fish. They eat whatever you feed them, whether that be beefheart, mysis, bloodworms, any brand of flakes or pellets, etc...

More clown loaches. They are a shoaling fish. The more you have the more comfortable they'll be and the more active they will all be. Personally, I feel clown loaches should be kept in a group of no less than 5, preferably more.

Balas and clowns might need a bigger tank but they are both good candidates

slippery slimecoat slippery slimecoat Hendre Hendre yea the only thing stopping me from buying more clown loaches is the ones I have no are about 6-7" and I cant find new ones that are any bigger than like 2" id love some more clown loaches too but online for 5" their crazy expensive..
