Yeah now that they're lifted up ~140mm the spread is fine for the 1200mm width, they probably don't even need to be that high, but I like having them out of the way of the lids.

Should have posted this pic up for a comparison, with the old fluros (2x 4', 2x 3')

They are, just been watching the tank with the moonlights on, very cool.

Bent up some little brackets to replace the cable ties. Not terribly pretty but you won't see any of it when I've finished the fascia.

Sixteen days since cleaning the Poret and it has nearly clogged enough to get water flowing over the first sheet. It's probably got a few days left but I'll clean the first two sheets tomorrow.

Just had a quick skim through your thread champ, very impressive! How do you find the Laguna MaxFlo 11000? is it quiet?

Yep, really quiet for the volume it's pushing, economical on the power too. Can't recommend them enough!

Thanks!! I've got the day off tomorrow so I'm going to have a look at adding some more wood and a few rocks to the left side of the tank. Hoping I don't have to get into the tank to do it!
