Legalize Asian Arowana petition

No offence but these "petitions" are totally silly. 776 online sigs? Cmon the deport justin bieber petition got 273k sigs. Arowana are illegal here and not likely going to change regardless of how many online petitions people make for them (this has to be atleast the 10th ive seen)

Agreed,it's not going to happen...unless one the petitioners is bosom buddies with the POTUS.
 
Yup this petition will be failed or rejected just like the past petitions.
 
This is more then a CITES protected animal. This is an animal on the Lacey act as well. A petition won't fix this unfortunately
 
Hah, other than some carps not a lot of non natives can make it through alberta winter. Doesn't mean I can't still be frustrated with the amount of invasives elsewhere. I agree, honestly making it illegal doesn't stop people from doing stupid ****, look at the number of alligators as pets or even venomous snakes. Literally retarded.

Umm...nobody's been releasing Asian arowanas in the waters. Doubtful they will be an invasive species. The reason why Asian Arowanas are banned because of CITIES and Lacey Act. Not because it is invasive species.
