GE silicone I is what you want to use not caulk, i had to do the same thing with my 125 gal when i got it.
Update for all 48 of you viewing but not posting Lol
What started as a regular re-seal became a bigger project. I took out the pc of glass and stripped it down. Tomorrow I plan on putting it back
Needs for next step....

thin material to use as a spacer between glass for silicone
and a radio Lol
Here is what todays 30 min did
After the tank is done, it will quickly begin another project... "100gl Sump
