Here is an update...

Here is what I used pretty much.

Tile shims because the glass was not square (was probly the last piece the orig. builder cut Lol). I diced the shims way smaller than the squares shown. I used the thin parts just to get the glass to hold together before adding silicone. Looked like it worked out pretty well (hope so :D)

Testing what side to use (ended up using the bi g radius)

Here is the tank siliconed.
Its getting dark so I just snapped whatever came out :D

Most of it came out fairly good except for the first part when I made a bad mistake on leaving the tape on for 30 min and took it off to a messy-drying-glue that pissed me off... but this is my first and I expect mistakes:D (plus this is going to be a Sump so no worries:headbang2)

This is actually harder when thinking about resealing (and that dont seem hard) then actually doing it. Its not hard at all.

Going to let this sit for 48hrs then start the Sump design. If all goes well, my Sump should go in next weekend:headbang2:headbang2 (wish me luck Lol:D)

What do you guys think about my first reseal, not to shabby eh??
