240 gallon set up

i am also setting up my 240 and for filter i am using one FX5 and eheim 2260. I have 2 jaber 250 watt heater. Gravel is sandblasting sand/gravel about five 50lb bags.

Get that center brace fixed before even one gallon of water goes into that tank.....you do not want to be one of those people posting a horror story of hundreds of gallons of water busting out and destroying everything!!!....do it right so you can enjoy your set up for years to come with out any issues.....

That looks like a lot of fun there. There is a ton of information on DIY stands and sumps in our DIY section. I would definitely go for a diy sump on that size tank.
