I've had this tank for a while. It's been at 3 different houses and always been on 2x4 stands. I wanted to have more of a finished look. I started with the stand

Then framed out walls, ran electric and plumbing

Now I have to design the filter room. I have 30" behind the length of tank for maintenance and a 6' X 10' room to the right of tank for the filter room. I want it to be as maintenance free as it can be. I'm going to have a 120 grow out in there, central sump, auto drip, etc. The filter room design is what I need help with. Any suggestions appreciated...

Nice! I love these build threads, so keep us updated.

Looks like you have a good master plan. Waiting to see the finished product.

Spackled, primed, painted, and cleaned aquarium. Floor goes in Thursday, hopefully.

Make sure you use some kind of auto drip system with an overflow.. that will make your life 10x easier.. and almost maintenance free. What kind of stock are you planning to keep?
