Hello guys,

I've been away for a long time, been thru some ups and downs but finally the tank is wet. Has been running smoothly.

Lighting:

Diy leds strips.

Filtration:

2 powerheads ( 300g/hour each ), setting up another one this weekend.
Eheim 2080
I'm also after a FX6 and I think it won't be enough..

The tank is barebottom for cleaning purposes and I don't tnik this will change in the near future.. May look terrible but is much easier to spot the crap and clean it.

Live stock:

Golden pleco
4 clown loaches
4 oscars ( a lot of fighting going on, I was hoping it would not come to this but I might have to give them away.. )

This is a question for the stingray keepers: can a ray be kept in this tank?

Thanks in advance!

Pics soon

So far it's been very hard to find an asian arowana. I've tried to talk to lfs owners from my area but they keep saying they won't import one for me and keep suggesting alternatives. I like almost all sorts of fish but ince I made up my mind, I will not settle for less. So I decided to put the asian aro on old and go with the stingray.. A blessing in desguise because the tank won't be so overstocked.

So I've relicated my thread to the stingray section.

come by, take a look and help me through this journey.

Thank you a lot!
