Hi guys, I just set up a nano tank, the reason is because my brown rabbit snails ate all the plants in my 60g tank! Tomorrow Im gonna plant some java ferns, xmas moss, probably some hornwort and guppy grass, cuz they dont mind those and also floaters. I' ll also put some of my nerites because they are better at cleaning algae.
Dimensions for the tank btw is L=15" H=12" W=9.5", Sponge filter and natural sunlight,. I placed the tank on the porch.
My initial plan for the tank is a betta and will put one but Im looking for the perfect betta or maybe rescue one idk, I wanna also put some khuli loaches and rasboras maybe but do yall think its too much and should I only go with a betta? Inverts are gonna be some dwarf shrimps, nerites and rabbit snails.
I have some botanicals here, but they are still floating, how do I make them sink sooner?pleasseee! Also will add some tannins and leaves tomorrow cuz I wann try to make it like a biotope setup, the hardscapes I found em all lying around, the sand I bought and the driftwood was taken from a beach a few years ago.
