Greetings

I’m planning on making a new tank (well, have someone build it for
me haha), I'm thinking 200 long, 70 wide and 60 high, talking in centimeters
(800 liters more or less, if you have better measures, I will definitely take
them into consideration) The fish I’m thinking stocking the tank with are the
following: Vieja argentea, a Nicaraguan cichild, a polleni and a quetzal.. Also
add a Vieja regani and a temporalis. Around 8 fish for the whole
project.

I have several questions and was wondering if you guys can help me
out.

The first is: What thickness of glass would be the most convenient?

The second question is: I guess will have to add a sump, but do you guys feel I will need to maybe get a canister as well, I want to have the best filtration possible for the
tank

The third question is: What will be the best way to get a black background for it?
Thanks in advance for the attention.. This project is planned for November or so. So there
is still time.

P. S. I would really like to know your individual experience and thoughts about my tank
project. All feedback will definitely be considered.

Thank you. Ricardo.

The standard glass thickness for a 200cm tank is 12mm in Europe. Almost every 720/1080 tank manufactured in Poland and Germany is built using 12mm glass.

Yeah, I was not thinking of gallons. I was thinking maybe it was some type of model number for tanks made in Europe for some brand or something.. Just wanted to make sure, thanks.
