Sorry to hear that, fahakas are awesome fish and that really sucks. What's the lesson here? Score one for "dirty" bioloaded tanks not being soo bad for fish? I wish you better luck with your new ones, go for the MBU!!!
Sorry for your loss Miles. I have noticed that my fahaka wouldn't eat FW red lobsters, he would kill them, but not eat them. Let me know if you are wanting another large fahaka, my old one is still at my LFS, and I'd be love it if he came into your possession.
I would take that Fahaka for sure, but I've already filled that tank with a fish I've wanted for a long time. My new paratilapia is going to live his life out in the 120g wide, alongside my long-time pet Buttikoferi in the twin matching tank. It's Tilapia central.
