I have a 210 with the following fish
12" silver arowana
12*Florida gar
6" ornate bichir
7" Delhzi bichir
6" red tail barracuda
20" fire eel
8" black ghost knife fish

I would build a basking area on the top for the turtle(have done this before) will make sure fish can't easily jump in there.

But can they coexist?

Will the turtle eat the anubias barteri and pothos roots?

Turtle will eat the fish most likely, I’ve seen people put them with large gar, but they like to nibble anything they can catch.
ie. All the stock you have

A 3" turtle can still nip the bigger fish, eat smaller fish. I used to keep turtles of various sizes (Painted, Spotted, Red-Ear Sliders,) in 300gal kiddie pools years ago. Any fish is in danger of being bitten and/or eaten.

I suppose it will keep the fish more on edge. I kept a 6" red eared slider turtle before with cichlids and a clown knife fish. No issues with the exception of it attacking a sick severum.
