Arowana eye injury

Today while cleaning the glass my Arowana got spooked and banged itself in a corner with the sump outlet

i gave a through cheak and there’s something like air bubble inside its upper layer of the eye

i know it was a injury because i cheak him daily and the water parameters are perfect

please help
I’m first time encountering this kind of a problem
I don’t even know if this’ll heal itself

Hi. My arowana has hit her head/face on the tank lid a few times and the damage looked pretty bad, but I did a 50% water change, added aquarium salt (1 tbsp per every 2 gallons), left it in at that concentration for one week, then resumed her regular water change schedule (40% per week) and she healed up pretty quickly. I’ve never had an injury quite like yours has, but fish seem to have good healing ability if they’re healthy. Your aro looks healthy. Good luck!
