Wouldn't a silver have Orange on his body and through his fins and not just the edges by that size? I'm looking at this on my cell but it also seems to have a darker body with a a little blue behind his head.

Its neither silver nor black, its african arowana.
Reasons:
1.The Tail fin( AKA tail fin) is separate from the body.: not a feature of silver. seen in african or black arowana.
2.Color of scales : not as black as seen on a black arowana.
3. Black arowana are different fro african arowanas.
